My name is Gerry Kersey. I was born in the summer of 1949 in Monroe, LA. I am the son of a career USAF Senior Msgt. I have been a musician since the age of 14, mostly on the recording end of things. I have a web site with some of my own compostions on it at http://bravenewdog.9f.com/.
I have been using computers since TANDY put out the TRS-80 ( commonly known as the Trash 80 ). I have been working with the manipulation of digital images for approximately 12 years, creating my own CD covers, as well as enhancing old family photos. In 2009, I started Houston Photo Restore as a way to help others enjoy their family history through their old discolored & damaged photographs. I also have a deep appreciation for the veterans of WWII, as well as their aircraft, tanks and personnel. I have been able to revive quite a few of these treasured keepsakes to a viewable state. I hope you will give me the chance to restore your old photos and help keep the door open to our rich history.
